Christian was removed from his parents' home due to extreme neglect, as well as physical and verbal abuse. Throughout his childhood, he has always put the needs of his siblings first, often sacrificing his own well-being to provide for them. He took on the responsibility of paying rent and supporting his family when his parents would not. Currently, Christian is living with a friend's parents and has been working hard to establish his adult life. He has recently acquired a car and secured a better-paying job. As part of a work-study program, he attends high school to complete his senior year in the mornings and then works in the afternoons and evenings. In addition to his studies and job, Christian is a student-athlete and attends a youth group with his brothers every week. He plans to attend college in the fall to pursue a career as a police officer.

Christian recently started working at a lumber yard and has unfortunately ruined several pairs of his good jeans in the process. To address this issue, he is looking for suitable work jeans to wear, as he wants to stop using his nice ones for the job. So far, Christian has really enjoyed his work and plans to continue at the lumber yard while attending college in the fall. Having always been a dedicated worker, he has managed to pay his own rent and groceries even while living with his parents. This job is an important step for him as he focuses on saving money. Currently, his foster parents are unable to assist him in getting new jeans, making it even more crucial for him to find a practical solution for his work attire.
