Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationTru is truly a joy to be around. He is full of energy! He loves Paw Patrol, playing outside, bathtime, running, jumping, and cars! He loves his big brother and enjoys playing with all his foster siblings. He is working on learning how to regulate his emotions and communicate his wants and needs. Tru is thriving in foster care.
Tru is growing quickly and needs a new pair of sneakers. He loves to play outside, run, jump, climb, ride his scooter, and play on the playground. A pair of cool kicks would help him do all these things and make him feel like the star of the playground!
