Having come into care just a few months shy of her 18th birthday, she currently resides in a group home for young ladies transitioning out of foster care. Despite the challenges she's faced, Jazzlin's sweet nature and enthusiasm for life shine brightly.
Jazzlin has recently moved into an old home with poor insulation, and her new bedroom is much colder than she is used to. She is seeking assistance in purchasing a heated blanket to help keep her warm at night.
