Despite these hardships, she has always maintained her bright smile and positive attitude, which inspire her to persevere and achieve her goals. She is respectful and eager to learn new things. I'esha has a passion for reading books, enjoys listening to music, and loves meeting new people.

I’esha is in need of a new phone as she navigates her responsibilities as an administrative intern at a non-profit agency while also preparing to enroll in college to pursue a career in criminal justice. A reliable phone is essential for her, as it serves as her primary means of communication, especially with her internship program. She relies on it to set alarms, manage to-do lists, and check bus routes for her daily commute to work. Though she has been using her current phone for several years without complaints, it has become outdated, and recently, the screen broke, leaving her unable to see anything. This phone is more than just a device for I’esha; it is truly her lifeline. She uses it to save reminders, access important applications, and stay connected with her loved ones. I’esha is hoping for a new phone so she can maintain her connection to the world and, importantly, feel secure knowing she has a working phone in case of emergencies.
