Dequan is an amazing young man currently living in a foster home, separated from his twin brothers. Despite the challenges of foster care, he remains hopeful and dedicated to his studies. His favorite subject is reading. When he grows up, Dequan aspires to become a family court attorney to help foster children and give back to the community. He is always helpful and respectful to others, and he has a contagious smile.

Dequan really enjoys being outdoors, having fun and going on adventures with his friends. But he misses a special video game that used to bring him a lot of happiness before he entered foster care. It was a colorful world that let him connect with others. Now, he wishes he could have a handheld game to share with the other boys in his home, so they could bond and make new memories together. Inspired by his favorite movie, Mario, he imagines a game where they can team up to jump, race, and explore, bringing back the joy he’s been missing.
