Billy grew up in foster care, moving from one place to another and never quite feeling at home. Each new move meant new rules, schools, and people, which made him tired and frustrated. He learned not to get too comfortable because things could change at any moment. But there was one thing he always loved: being outside. Running, climbing, and feeling the wind made him feel free and happy. Now, for the first time in a long while, Billy is in a foster home where he can stay for a bit. He’s starting to feel a bit normal with a routine and friendly faces at the dinner table. He knows he has a cozy bed to return to every night. He spends his days outside, playing basketball, riding his bike, and running just for the fun of it.

Billy wants a comfy pair of blue sweatpants on his birthday that he can wear for lounging at home or on chilly outings. He’s looking for something soft and cozy to slip into after skating or being outside. Having his own pair would help him feel relaxed and at ease. Plus, blue is his favorite color, and he loves the idea of having something that feels like him. This will be perfect for those chill moments when he just wants to kick back and feel good!
