Derrik is a polite and well-mannered young man currently in foster care. He is very intelligent and performing well in school, with his favorite subject being agricultural studies. His interest in agriculture has led him to become a member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA), where he enjoys attending club conferences to learn alongside his classmates. Additionally, Derrik is athletic and plays on the baseball team, where he is dedicated to becoming a valuable player. He plans to attend welding school with the goal of becoming a welder one day.

Derrik is joining the high school baseball team for the first time and needs gear to be ready for practices and games. Derrik is very active and enjoys all sports. He is looking forward to being part of the team and is eager to bring his A-game to help them succeed and win!
