Waylon is a tough little boy who has faced significant challenges in his short life. His father passed away when he was very young, and his mother has struggled with addiction. Despite these hardships, Waylon remains a happy, smart, and caring child. He is currently in second grade and is doing very well academically. Waylon lives with his grandparents and visits his mother and sisters every weekend. The family is in a good place and is beginning to heal from their past traumas.

Waylon is super excited for his birthday this year because he has a special wish: he really wants a Wii! He can’t wait to play games with his friends from school and have some fun family time on weekends with his mom and sisters too. Unfortunately, right now, his family can’t get him one. Having a Wii console will make Waylon truly happy. He will be excited to have his wish come true.
