Chili's Restaurant is Cooper's favorite place. He wants to celebrate his birthday by sharing a special dinner at Chili's with his new foster brother. His foster brother is unaware of this surprise gesture, and Cooper is excited to share his love for Chili's with his new family. Please help me make this dinner a wonderful surprise for them!
Cooper is 17 years old and lives in ME
Cooper recently moved into a residential foster care placement. He loves music, specifically from the 1980s. Cooper enjoys exploring nature, playing cards, and being around others. Living in foster care has been tough for Cooper, and he has been in and out of crisis several times, but he continues to maintain a positive attitude. He aspires to be a heart surgeon someday. Cooper likes to share his humor with the world through his silly jokes. He is a kind-hearted and thoughtful child!
