Aerianna has always loved designing and creating. From a young age, she has been creating designs from leftover fabric from her clothing for her dolls and stuffed animals. One day, she hopes to become an interior designer and/or work in the beauty industry at a salon. Aerianna has been in foster care for several years and receives supportive services from Fostering Hope.

For some time now, she has expressed interest in owning a machine to bring her creative visions to life. Recently, she collaborated with a family member to create her own bathing suit, using a sewing machine similar to the one she wishes to have. During this process, she carefully selected her own fabric, measured the pieces, cut everything out, and learned how to operate the sewing machine to construct the bottoms of her suit. Having her own sewing machine will empower Aerianna to transform the designs she sketches in her journals into reality while also teaching her essential sewing skills. These sewing skills will benefit her throughout her life, allowing her to express her creativity.
