She has formed a strong bond with her foster family, who have provided her with all the love and care she needs.
Harper is about to be adopted by her foster family, who love her very much. It's so exciting that she's becoming a permanent member of their family. To commemorate this special occasion, she has a unicorn plush that will serve as a cherished memory. As she holds the plush, she will always remember this special day!
