Sherry is an incredibly bright and hardworking young woman with a sharp wit and an inspiring drive. A former foster youth, she recently graduated from UCLA and landed her first job as an advocate for foster youth. Passionate about making a difference, she is deeply committed to helping others navigate the system she experienced herself. Beyond her advocacy work, Sherry is a creative spirit, always looking to connect with people.

Sherry recently moved into stable housing after experiencing housing instability and is working to build her life. While she now has a roof over her head, her apartment is still missing the basic kitchen essentials needed to cook a meal—pots, pans, a microwave, and eating utensils. She would love to get some help with a microwave and be able to make some quick meals!
