Zee was placed in foster care with one of his sisters. He loves to be active and spends as much time as possible playing outside. Zee is very intelligent and enjoys going to school. He has a passion for learning and loves to teach his little sister all the new things he discovers. Despite everything he has experienced in his short life, Zee maintains a positive outlook, and his optimistic attitude will undoubtedly help him navigate this challenging journey ahead!

Zee has not been in foster care for very long, and he is experiencing a lot of conflicting feelings as he adjusts. He has expressed sadness and often feels that his foster parents are keeping him from living with his mom. Zee struggles to understand the many changes happening in his life. Since he loves to read, having books that explain foster care could help him process his thoughts and feelings in the comfort of his foster home. Books like Home for Awhile, Maybe Days, Murphy's Three Homes, Delly Duck, and Kids Need to Be Safe would be a wonderful addition to his book collection and are sure to become regulars in his bedtime routine!
