He has a smile that lights up a room and loves to watch his older brother and follow him around. He has been in foster care for a couple of years and is finally working toward permanency in his foster home.
David is a special boy who loves playing with his big brother. He will be so happy to open this fun firetruck tent on his birthday, as it will provide him with a great place to play, hide, and hang out!
