Shelly is a mother of two living in a rural area of Utah. She spent eight years in foster care before aging out of the system. Shelly has a toddler and recently welcomed her second baby, who was born with a disability. In her free time, she loves spending time with children, caring for horses, and cooking.

Shelly has struggled to find a work-from-home job or one that would allow her to leave her two kids at daycare without the costs consuming most of their income. As she navigates the challenges of having a new baby and the baby's health concerns, she is hoping for some assistance to make ends meet while searching for employment.
