Despite facing challenges, he completed his GED, gained certification in welding and has enrolled in college for a business degree. Anwar loves sports, specifically basketball. He is always polite and optimistic and positively impacts those around him, uplifting and encouraging others.
Anwar loves comfort and is a simple person. As he approaches 21 and prepares to move out of foster care, he is experiencing a mix of emotions: excitement, fear, nervousness, and a feeling of not being ready at all. He has been working on creating his own home and would like to add some accent pieces, including a stylish area rug for his living room, to entertain his guests, family, and staff.
