Kiani has experienced significant trauma, which she is actively addressing through weekly therapy sessions. She is enrolled in a GED program. In the future, she hopes to obtain her cosmetology license. She recently moved into an independent living program and started working at Stop & Shop.
Kiani has been going through a challenging time recently, which has taken a toll on her emotional well-being. She has been struggling to sleep and often feels anxious during the day. To help cope with these feelings, she started using a free trial of the Headspace app, which has been beneficial in distracting her from her thoughts and aiding her sleep. Kiani found this app to be quite helpful and would like to continue using it to manage her anxiety. Therefore, she would greatly appreciate a full year’s subscription to the Headspace app.
