First StarKaitlin is a former youth in foster care who has begun living on her own. She is getting ready to head off to college and pursue her career path. Kaitlin spent her high school years in the First Star program, where she prepared herself for college. She is resilient and driven and ready to take on the next journey in her life.
Kaitlin is a former foster youth who’s recently started living on her own. It’s a big step, and she’s doing her best to manage all the new responsibilities that come with independence—like budgeting, paying bills, and making her space feel like home. She’s also getting ready to head off to college and start exploring her career path. Right now, Kaitlin is requesting a Walmart gift card to help with groceries as she gets on her feet. At just 18, every bit of support makes a big difference in helping her stay focused on her goals. This is wish 2 of 2.
Gloria and Bob grants the wish for Kaitlin! Thanks Gloria and Bob.
