Amauri is a wonderful kid who has faced social and emotional challenges over the past two years. Tragically, someone took his father's life, and his father was his best friend. Amauri has always dreamed of having a bike for his birthday so he can ride around with his friends. Unfortunately, his mother, as a single parent, cannot afford to buy one. Having a bike would lift his spirits and allow him to enjoy his neighborhood with his friends. Granting this wish would bring a big smile to Amauri's face.
