Currently, she is in a program for young adults who have aged out of foster care, which helps meet some of her basic needs while she learns the life skills necessary for independent living.
Phebe aged out of foster care about a year ago. Since then, she has struggled with managing her bills and supporting herself. However, she has now been accepted into a program designed to assist her transition from foster care to independent living. To help her make a fresh start, she needs new cleaning supplies.
