Kate lives in her own studio apartment as part of a transitional living program. Although she has only been living independently for a short time, she has received valuable support from her case managers. Recently, Kate has been experiencing some issues with her car, and she is taking the initiative to learn how to fix some of the problems herself. Aside from these challenges, she enjoys spending time with friends and remains dedicated to her work, finding joy in her newfound independence.

Kate is continuing to decorate her space and would enjoy having a moon and star tapestry to hang on her wall. She has always found that the moon and stars help her feel grounded and relaxed. As she is learning to find her independence, she is also learning how to care for her mental health.
