Oliver is a resilient, bright, and engaging boy. He and his sister were removed from their biological father's home and placed in foster care, where they reconnected with their biological mother, who had struggled with substance dependence and homelessness. His mother worked hard, entered recovery, obtained housing, and, with support, re-established a loving relationship with Oliver. He now lives with two younger siblings, his older sister, his mother, and his mother's partner, and he successfully transitioned into this home. The dependency case was vacated and dismissed. Oliver is on a soccer team and just finished a successful basketball season. He fearlessly enters new situations, quickly makes friends with his peers, and impresses adults.

Oliver is requesting a pair of AirPods to use while completing schoolwork on the computer. He believes they would help him concentrate by tuning out the distracting noise in a home shared with six other people, including two young siblings. Oliver's mother is struggling to make ends meet and doesn't have money for extras right now.
