Jamon is a dedicated young man with five brothers who has been a tremendous support to his mother. Recently, he achieved a significant milestone by making the honor roll at his school for the first time. This accomplishment comes after he and his family have worked hard to overcome various challenges related to his past behaviors at home and at school. Jamon is showing remarkable progress in controlling these behaviors and is increasingly participating in a constructive manner in his educational environment. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, drawing, and socializing with his close friends, all of which contribute to his positive development.

Jamon has recently learned to fish with the help of his mentor and wishes for his own fishing pole. He has come to enjoy fishing as a way to help him regulate difficult emotions resulting from a recent traumatic event in his life. It also gives Jamon and his mentor another activity to share that's positive and enjoyable.
