Even though she has gone through tough times, she has worked hard to heal and has become a caring role model for others at home and school. Alisha dreams of becoming a nurse and is actively working toward that goal. Even though she didn’t get chosen in the lottery for a program she wanted, she is not giving up; she is looking for other ways to continue her education. Alisha wants to break the cycle of foster care and make a positive impact in the lives of others. Her dedication, kindness, and hard work will surely help her succeed in nursing and in life!
