Therapeutic Interagency ProgramRosie is a spunky girl with a ton of energy and a big heart. She loves to run around and try new things, and is always laughing about everything. Rosie is so fun to be with, and right now she hopes to be a hairdresser or yoga instructor when she grows up. She has been in foster care since she was 2 and is very well attached to her caregivers.
Rosie is extremely excited about the possibility of being adopted this year! She has been in her foster home for three years since her mom was no longer able to care for her. Rosie is a joy to be around and is always up for an adventure. She really wants to color her hair, and colorful extensions would be perfect since they are temporary and not permanent. She will have a lot of fun with them!
