Stephon was born into foster care with a variety of medical issues. Because mom has had issues with substance abuse, Stephon is experiencing both learning and motor skill delays. He is slowly starting to crawl now, thanks to his wonderful therapists, resource family, and advocate. Stephon has a wonderful group of people on his side! He is a happy, bubbly little boy who loves to hug and cuddle!

Stephon is steadily improving with his physical therapy and is starting to crawl around much faster, which is so awesome! His resource parents would love to have a baby gate for the top of their stairs to keep him safe. It would ease their mind knowing he won't be able to access the stairs as he continues his journey to walking.
