Rowan is a 15-year-old boy that was adopted from Ukraine when he was five years old. Rowan loves being outdoors, playing football, and soccer. He loves war history and anything military related. Rowan had a hard time finding where he fit in suffering through rejection from his adoptive parents and having no family to reach out to. He has since gone to live with a wonderful couple that wish to adopt him and are doing what they can to provide him with the best opportunity possible.

Rowan is in foster care and his team does not have the funds to buy him a laptop for school. He has fallen behind in school because of moving to different placements. A laptop would help him catch up to his peers in school while learning at his own pace online. In addition to ensuring that he is successful in school by having access to his coursework at home.
