Alix is experiencing her first time in foster care while also preparing for the journey of motherhood. She is a true girly-girl who loves expressing herself through her style and bright personality. Despite all she has faced, Alix remains spontaneous, affectionate, and full of love for those around her. Before entering care, she took on the role of main caretaker for her younger sisters, showing incredible maturity and selflessness at a young age. Now, she is learning to let others care for her while she focuses on building a safe, loving future for herself and her child.

Alix has always loved expressing her creativity through beauty and self-care, especially when it comes to doing her nails. She finds it relaxing and empowering to create fun designs and experiment with new styles. Having her own nail set would give her the tools to continue practicing her skills and exploring her passion. Alix has shared that she dreams of becoming a licensed nail technician one day and hopes to attend a trade school program to make that dream a reality.
