Having felt unwanted herself, she wants to ensure that the youths she mentors never feel alone. By sharing her story and creating safe environments, she helps them gain confidence and embrace who they are, no matter the difficulties they encounter.

Carol is looking for a pair of high-waisted shorts that are comfortable and reliable for working out and running errands. She prefers a plain black style that can easily match different tops. Comfort is important, so she wants shorts with a flexible waistband and breathable material. Pockets would also be a big plus for carrying her phone, keys, or a small wallet.
