Barbara is a super outgoing and caring young lady, and she remains in CPS care after turning 18. She loves all things fashion and music. So much so that she's recently taken up playing the guitar. Barbara has been accepted into college and is starting this summer! She's excited to grow in her new town and university.

Barbara is starting college this summer and needs essential school items. She's already purchased books, a laptop, and her meal plan. However, Barbara will be walking to class around campus, so she would like a backpack big enough for her school supplies, lunch, and a water bottle.
