Phebe has spent most of her life in foster care. She aged out at a certain age and has been working hard to live independently. Currently, she is in a program for young adults who have aged out of foster care, which helps meet some of her basic needs while she learns the life skills necessary for independent living.

Phebe has recently moved into a home where she feels stable and happy, and she is grateful for that. Now that she has a yard, she is excited to plan how to plant flowers and design her outdoor space. To properly care for her yard, Phebe needs a few essential items, including a water hose. She looks forward to putting down roots in her new home.
