Zara is a quiet and kind young lady who has faced many challenges in her life. She suffered physical abuse at the hands of her biological mother, which led her to enter the foster care system. Initially, Zara was placed with family members, but due to their personal difficulties, she had to move into a traditional foster home. After several transitions, she finally found a loving foster home that provides a safe and nurturing environment. Now, Zara is feeling more positive about her situation, settling in nicely, and enjoying her time with the other foster kids in the home.

Zara is still adjusting and building trust with her new foster family. She is behind academically due to having moved between three homes in four months. To recover her credits and graduate on time, Zara needs to complete her class work online. She has requested a pink iPad to help her stay organized with her notes and keep up with her online assignments. This iPad would be great for her to catch up with her work and thrive in her new home.
