Rachel is a sweet, adorable, and sassy girl. She entered foster care when she was just three years old. Rachel loves everything that is pink, purple, and glittery. Her favorite activities include playing with Barbies and dolls, pretending, singing, and building Lego structures with her brothers. She is also a great reader and enjoys reading bedtime stories to them. Rachel is a fast runner and takes pride in being able to outrun all the boys. She loves art and enjoys school. She has many friends who all think she is very kind and caring, and they are absolutely right!

Rachel is too young for an expensive phone. However, her foster mom wants her to have a way to communicate with her biological mom on WhatsApp whenever she wishes. They share a great relationship, and her foster mom wants to ensure that Rachel does not lose that connection. To prevent any potential screen addiction, all other apps will be blocked.
