Foster the FamilyTori has been in foster care on and off for 12 years. She has experienced the death of her biological parents, removal from an unsafe adoptive home, and the challenge of adapting to foster care again as an older teenager. Despite everything she has gone through, Tori maintains an optimistic outlook on her future. She is always willing to help others and strives to find the positive in every situation. During the week, Tori works part-time at Panera Bread, and in her spare time, she helps around the house and enjoys reading. Tori also has a passion for 3D printing and painting for various projects. One of her favorite creations is Pascal from "Tangled," her favorite Disney movie.
When Tori starts college, she will need a device to complete her coursework, submit assignments, and stay connected with her peers and professors. A laptop will be especially important for Tori, who is majoring in computer science. This field relies on specialized software, online tools, and coding environments. Having a laptop will enable her to effectively meet the demands of her program and succeed in her studies.

"Thank you so much for your generous gift, which enables me to have a laptop for college. It has helped me feel much more prepared to begin the school year. I know college coursework will become much more demanding, and having reliable technology will help me stay on track. More specifically it will help me to keep up with assignments, stay organized, and tackle more advanced tasks like coding. I am incredibly grateful for your generosity and will do my best to make the most of this opportunity! "
