Chrisean is an outgoing, charismatic, and friendly young man with a bright personality and a strong sense of determination. He enjoys playing video games, spending time outdoors with friends, and shooting hoops on the basketball court. As he prepares to transition out of the child welfare system and into independent adult living, Chrisean looks ahead with optimism and motivation. He is eager to take responsibility for his future, including managing his own finances and becoming more involved in his community through work and social activities. Although he has understandable reservations from past challenges, Chrisean is committed to forging a new path for himself. He is highly self-motivated and open to support, valuing encouragement and guidance from those around him. With the right resources and connections, Chrisean is ready to step confidently into adulthood and build a fulfilling life on his own terms.

Chrisean wanted his own bike to ride to work and social events, so his caregivers at the facility have been teaching him the importance of wearing a helmet every time he rides. Since he often goes out early in the morning or late at night when it’s harder to see, the light on his helmet is really helpful. It makes him more visible and keeps him safe, which eases everyone’s worries. Chrisean also wants to set a good example for other teens. He feels proud to make responsible choices and is excited to wear his helmet, not just for his own safety, but to show his friends that being responsible is part of growing up.
