She returned to Spokane and is slowly, carefully rebuilding a sense of security. She is an introvert and a homebody who is starting to step outside her comfort zone with the help of her caseworkers.
Avian is seeking a Somatic Therapy Workbook to gain a better understanding of herself and to regain control over her life. This workbook will support her mental health and provide guidance on how to manage daily challenges related to her mental health issues, ultimately helping her become more organized and successful.
