Elias is a sweet young boy who has persevered through his hardships. He enjoys making people laugh and goes out of his way to be friendly with people. He enjoys playing with his toys and staying close to his caregivers. Animals are his favorite thing to both play with and pretend to be. He often pretends to be a lion and will growl at responses. Elias lives with his infant brother, whom he adores. He is often seen giving his brother hugs and caressing his face.

With the nice weather, Elias can't wait to learn how to ride a bike! He’s an active child who loves to go fast. Having a bike equipped with training wheels will help him learn comfortably. It’s the perfect size for him, and once he feels confident, he can remove the training wheels and zip around the neighborhood!
