Alexia is a vibrant young lady with a joyful personality and endless energy, capable of lighting up a room with her smile. She functions at the developmental level of a 5-year-old and enjoys dancing to JoJo Siwa, singing her favorite songs, making jewelry, playing outside, and caring for her beloved baby doll, "Princess." In her play, she often takes on the sweet, loving role of a pretend mommy. Alexia has faced multiple challenges, including numerous foster care placements, treatment centers, and unsuccessful reunifications with her biological family, who can no longer provide care for her. Now, Alexia is transitioning to a long-term disability care home where she can receive the safety, stability, and support she needs to thrive.

Alexia is always on the go and loves to dance, play, and explore whenever she gets the chance. At the moment, she is wearing her only pair of shoes, which are no longer suitable for physical activity. A good pair of tennis shoes would help keep Alexia safe and comfortable, allowing her to fully enjoy the activities she loves.
