Emara is a devoted mother of three. Despite the hardships of losing her home and belongings in the California fires, Emara remains resilient and focused on securing a safe and stable home for her family.

After losing everything in the devastating Altadena fires, Emara, a former foster youth, is starting over with strength and determination. Now a full-time student, she’s committed to rebuilding her future through education. But without a computer, Emara is forced to take long bus rides just to complete assignments on campus. Granting Emara a laptop would provide her with the tools she needs to succeed academically and would serve as a lifeline towards reaching her goals.
