Thanks to early intervention, he makes progress every day. His devoted parents, who are balancing school, are committed to supporting Jay and his twin brother. With his birthday coming up, Jay hopes for a pair of climbing sneakers that would help him stay active and boost his confidence. Unfortunately, he has outgrown his old sneakers and needs a new pair to support his adventurous spirit.
