Roxy has been in foster care since she was a baby. She lost her mother early in life and was placed in an immigration detention center, where she spent two years. Afterward, Roxy was placed with family members, but unfortunately, she faced abuse and neglect until she was finally removed from that situation. Despite her traumatic experiences, Roxy continues to thrive and expresses a desire for a better life. She is an amazing, artistic, and creative child who deserves love and care.

Roxy is currently working on her therapeutic goals and has identified coping skills that include holding stuffed animals at night. She has expressed a particular interest in a Labubu but has never owned one or any items that other children have. Roxy is making good progress in reaching her therapy goals, and granting her wish for the Labubu would reinforce her achievements and provide her with an additional way to cope with her trauma.
