Children, Youth and Families DepartmentTorrance is currently in foster care. He was born prematurely and spent several months in the hospital. Now, Torrance is adapting to life in a home rather than a hospital setting. He enjoys being held and talked to, and he likes spending time with others. Additionally, Torrance appreciates being outside and experiencing the different weather, which he can now enjoy since he is no longer in the hospital.
Torrance was born prematurely and is now out of the hospital. Torrance is eager to see new things and meet new people. This will require some traveling for appointments out of town. Additionally, Torrance would like to explore new places and connect with more family members.
