Torrance is currently in foster care. He was born prematurely and spent several months in the hospital. Now, Torrance is adapting to life in a home rather than a hospital setting. He enjoys being held and talked to, and he likes spending time with others. Additionally, Torrance appreciates being outside and experiencing the different weather, which he can now enjoy since he is no longer in the hospital.

Torrance is starting to learn to sit up and is showing interest in using his hands to grab things. His foster parents believe he is ready for a high chair and to eat at the dinner table with the rest of the family. Torrance would also be able to use the high chair as he grows into a toddler, as this chair transitions into a toddler table with a chair.
