Activity center for Torrance to have fun learning

Children, Youth and Families DepartmentTorrance is currently in foster care. He was born prematurely and spent several months in the hospital. Now, Torrance is adapting to life in a home rather than a hospital setting. He enjoys being held and talked to, and he likes spending time with others. Additionally, Torrance appreciates being outside and experiencing the different weather, which he can now enjoy since he is no longer in the hospital.
Torrance is actively learning and exploring his surroundings. Each day, he is gaining new skills and would benefit from a designated space to sit and explore. His foster parents would love for him to have an activity center that will encourage both learning and fun.
