Toby is the sweetest little boy in foster care. He has a few mobility issues but has the biggest heart!

Toby has some mobility issues that he and his foster family are working to address. He gets tired easily, and it has been recommended that he use a carrier. Toby was born with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS), and has severe low muscle tone, so he falls a lot. While he doesn't like sitting in a stroller, he loves being held, especially in a carrier. His caregivers hope to get him a special carrier, as he has outgrown the one they currently use. This would greatly support his development.
