Amanda is a shy and thoughtful youth in foster care. Last year, Amanda missed a significant amount of school due to difficult family circumstances, but she is now stable in her foster home and more motivated than ever to succeed. Amanda wishes to be a veterinarian one day. She loves animals.

Amanda wishes for a reusable water bottle to take with her to summer school, something cute and trendy that helps her stay hydrated throughout the day. She’s especially fond of the Owala brand, as she noticed many of her classmates using it toward the end of the school year. Having a stylish water bottle like the ones her peers carry would help her feel more confident and included, while also encouraging healthy habits as she focuses on improving her academics and building a positive school routine.
