Jonathan recently accepted an extension of foster care services and is focused on improving his independent living skills and finding a job. He has recently moved to a new area that currently lacks public transportation. As he works towards greater independence and begins his job search, Jonathan would greatly benefit from having a bike. This would help him commute to work and expand his job search options.
