Hailey is new to foster care and is the oldest sibling in her family. She's used to being the main caregiver, which makes it hard for her to just be a kid. Despite this, Hailey is a great child who brings joy to those around her.

Hailey’s birthday is approaching, and she has requested to spend the day at a splash pad or water park. Unfortunately, she is unable to go because the shelter where she lives does not have transportation at this time. She hopes that celebrating at a splash pad will bring the party to her and make her day truly special!
