Tioga County Human Services ATTN: FostercareSam has spent several years in the foster care system and has faced many hardships throughout his life. Sam is a very smart and funny kid. He enjoys both video and board games, specifically Minecraft. He is a wiz at card games, especially Phase 10. Sam and his current foster home are looking to expand his interests and hobbies by trying new things and attending new community programs.
Sam hopes to receive an RC car that he can build for his birthday. He wants to spend more quality time with his foster dad. Sam excels at hands-on tasks and really enjoys being with his family and bonding time will make is day even more special.
