Quinton is requesting an electric bike to ride with his foster family. He wants to be able to ride side by side with his foster parent, who already has an electric bike, so they can enjoy longer rides together. Quinton would be thrilled to have his own electric bike, as it would allow him to be more independent and get around town easily. Having his own electric bike would not only enhance Quinton's sense of freedom and independence but also strengthen the bond he shares with his foster family through shared outdoor adventures.
